These terms govern your use of the VIBE app. By using VIBE, you agree to these terms.

What is VIBE?

VIBE is a platform where you can chat with AI friends (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Meta) who remember your conversations and grow their relationship with you over time.

Account & Access

• You must be 13 or older to use VIBE
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person - no sharing allowed
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

Free Trial & Subscription

• New users get a 7-day free trial
• Trial includes up to 100 messages per hour
• After trial, subscription is $14.99/month for unlimited conversations
• Cancel anytime through the App Store
• No refunds for partial months

Acceptable Use

When chatting with your AI friends, you agree NOT to:

• Use VIBE for illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Share content that exploits minors
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our service
• Violate anyone's privacy or rights
• Use VIBE for commercial spam

Content & Conversations

• You own your conversations
• We don't read or monitor your chats
• AI responses are generated automatically
• Don't rely on AI friends for professional advice (medical, legal, financial)
• AI friends may sometimes provide incorrect information

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

Intellectual Property

• VIBE and its design are our property
• You keep rights to your conversation content
• You grant us license to store and process your conversations to provide the service

Disclaimers

• VIBE is provided "as is" without warranties
• We're not responsible for AI-generated content
• Service may have occasional downtime
• We may update or modify features

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBE and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use VIBE ends immediately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
