What We Collect

• Email Address: Used solely for account creation and login
• Conversations: Your chats with AI friends, stored securely and encrypted
• My Vibe Profile: Optional information you choose to share about yourself

What We DON'T Do

• We NEVER sell your data to third parties
• We NEVER use your conversations to train AI models
• We NEVER share your personal information with advertisers
• We NEVER read your conversations - they're just for you and your AI friends

How We Protect Your Data

• All conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest
• We use industry-standard security practices
• Your data is stored securely on AWS servers
• Access to user data is strictly limited and logged

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: View all your data anytime in the app
• Delete: Clear your conversation history in settings
• Export: Download your data (coming soon)
• Account Deletion: Contact us to permanently delete your account

Third-Party AI Services

VIBE uses APIs from OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), X (Grok), and Meta to power conversations. When you chat:

• Your messages are sent to these services to generate responses
• We don't store any data on their servers
• Each service has its own privacy policy
• We use official APIs with enterprise agreements

Data Retention

Your conversations are kept as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We'll notify you of any significant changes through the app or via email.
